The BSD license certainly seems simpler. I guess the question is "Do we
want to install a mechanism to 'force' other developers to share their
work?". In the end it makes no difference to me. As long as the
license keeps me from getting sued :-)

Coder ... yes
Designer ... maybe
Technical Writer ... whats THAT?? ;-)

I also do a fair amount of web work during the day.

The above page translates pretty well in google. There is a facility to
translate chunks of text.
