After installing the Agilent chromatogram reader, the File Export Dialog shows also the option to export to Agilents file format even though it's not exportable. The save action leads also to an error if an Agilent chromatogram was selected. Instead, it should be save in another format, like CDF.

The bug has been fixed in the trunk and will be released with version 0.4.0.
