Version 1.00 of the CDServer-HOWTO is now available in DocBook sgml and html
format at http://talcon.com/cdserver-howto/

You can also grab tarball or zip files of the source.

This is version 1.00, and I'm sure I'll be adding more info (or making
corrections ;) shortly.

So, why not check it out and let me know if you have any suggestions,
corrections, or additions!  Thanks.
