Call Types

This is a first-release of the documentation. Additional detail will be added as the project matures.

Below is a list of call types available for rating. You can send a null into the CallType column of the TBR table if you need to but then you will have to run a script at a later date in order to categorize the call for our rating functions to pick it up.

Call Types

5 - Intrastate
10 - Interstate
15 - Tiered Origination
20 - Termination of Indeterminate Jurisdiction
25 - International
