Call Types

Below is a list of call types available for rating. You can send a null value into the CallType column of the TBR table if you need to and then use our fnCategorizeCDR function to attempt to determine the Call Type. As an example, we would be able to determine interstate vs. intrastate by using the NPA.

5 - Intrastate
10 - Interstate
15 - Tiered Origination
20 - Termination of Indeterminate Jurisdiction
25 - International
30 - Toll-free Origination
35 - Simple Termination
40 - Toll-free Termination
60 - Retail Termination
65 - Retail Origination
68 - Retail Origination (Toll-free)
