#511 Feature Request: HEVC/h265 Support

The title says it all :)

I was looking for an alternative camera app to use on my Galaxy S9, & this seems to be the best of the best - however, it seems to lack hevc/h265 support for video, which is unfortunately a blocking issue in my case. Doubling the video size, or equivalently halving the quality, is certainly not something I'd want to do when the hardware is fully capable of recording to the more-efficient, increasingly-widespread format :)
