I would be interested in this feature too. We are trying to use bluetooth because the gimbal motor makes noise if the internal mic is used. There is an option in your settings to use "external microphone" but that does not use the paired BT headset.

Thanks for the report. This probably requires Open Camera to do something like as discussed in https://stackoverflow.com/questions/4026002/how-to-record-sound-using-bluetooth-headset .
The ticket is still open. At moment this issue still actual. I can't record audio from bluetooth device.
