#339 Photo resolution capped at 8MP using camera2 api

I've tried open camera on my Samsung Galaxy S6, with OS at Android 7, according to manufacturer updates. Not rooted. No custom ROM.

If I check "camera2 api" in settings, my photo resolution (as can be set in open camera settings) is limited to 7.99MP, significantly.smaller then the actual MP of the device camera.

On Samsung Galaxy S6, Opencamera v1.45.2, it now works.
Checked camera API v2. TARTED app, to be safe.
Able to up the photo resolution to 5312x2988 (16:9, 15.87MP, no burst).
Photo taken and verified.
