#1339 Filenames with Standard and DNG (RAW)

Hello,

I have a problem in filenames with "Standard and DNG (RAW)" mode in Open Camera 1.55 (93) from F-Droid repository.
If you take a picture in same minute/second, IMG_DATE_TIME.jpg is named IMG_DATE_TIME (1).jpg, but, in DNG, is named IMG_DATE_TIME.dng (1) (after extension)

In a file explorer, this causes confusion.

Is this with Settings/More camera controls/"Storage Access Framework" enabled or disabled? Also which Android version?

Storage Access Framework is enabled.
My Android version is a very old 9.0.

Thanks for the info. This is part of the Android OS's behaviour (files are renamed automatically if there's a duplicate, so it's annoying if there's an inconsistency - I can reproduce on Android 16 so it's still present). Potentially Open Camera could check for this itself so that files are always named uniquely.
