The S20+ has 4 cameras (Rear: 12MP Ultra -Wide, 12MP Wide, 64MP "telephoto"; Front: 10MP selfie).
OpenCamera allows selection of 2 rear (0: Back Camera and 2: Ultra-wide). 0: Back Camera is the 12MP Wide, and the 64MP is not available for selection. Changing camera API does not rectify.

It'll likely automatically switch to telephoto when you zoom in. Older Galaxy S devices don't expose choosing a specific lens for third party applications I'm afraid. It does seem to be supported for the S24 at least (works on my Galaxy S24+).
