Do you by any chance have a list of fully compatible phones?
By that I mean open to 3rd party apps, e.g. switching lenses of the back
camera, true 24 fps for 1080p and 4k, flat/log recording.
Or if anyone is sure you have an open phone please specify your model.
I think it would be smashing to have it.
(just wanted to add I'm particularly interested in Redmi K20 Pro ;) )
I don't I'm afraid - it's hard to be sure of fully compatible when there are so many possibilities (especially including things like video at particular frame rates). I do keep a webpage of details I know about at http://opencamera.org.uk/devices.html .

Hi, related to the above, I see that CameraController2 checks for multiple logical cameras:
if (capability == CameraCharacteristics.REQUEST_AVAILABLE_CAPABILITIES_LOGICAL_MULTI_CAMERA)
Is there a phone (specific vendor/model) that you have found to actually meet that condition? I'd like to test it, but haven't found supporting hardware.

I haven't found one I'm afraid. My Nokia 8 has two rear cameras that are meant to be used together, but on Android 9 it doesn't show that capability (and I can't access the cameras separately either).
