Hello guys, first post here. Sorry if you've heard this one before.
I need to shoot selfies in vertical-format HD (1080x1920) at 25fps to complete a current project. This means buying a dedicated smartphone (security issues), preferably one with a 6.5" or larger screen. I hadn't budgeted for this and need to do it as cheaply as possible without compromising quality.
Best contender (image quality, compatibility, bang-per-buck) appears to be an iPhone8 Plus running OpenCamera. Can anyone confirm whether this setup will give me 25fps HD (or, at a pinch, 24)? Cheaper alternatives gladly considered.*

*Before some wit suggests it: I had a good look at the Arnssien X101 kids' camera and nearly splashed out. But it only does 30fps.
