Just moved to new phone (Oppo A15S, Android 10, ColorOS 7.2) and found that Color Effects are missing in the menu (wanted to take grayscale picture).
Old one - LG K8 2019 had no such problem. Both Open Camera configurations are the same (copied via Google when setting up new phone and settings checked one by one).
What may be the problem?
Marcin

Hi, also in Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T 5G (Android OS 12) there is no Color Effects in the configuration menu of Open Camera (it is the same with both camera api's). Also, the default camera does not have 'Color Effects'.
Transferring settings of Open Camera (or, of any other app) from one kind of device to a different kind of device perhaps is not recommended, I do not know for sure. Just to be on the safe side, I only do that if the two devices are exactly identical by hardware and by operation system. In the settings menu of Open Camera there is Settings manager (tap ☸ then scroll all the way down and tap ☸), you can first save the current settings, then reset settings, and then go to see if there is a difference. You can always restore a particular saved settings set via that dialog.

Likely the camera module that Oppo has does not support it. E.g. the Xiaomi Redmi 9T (aOS11) does not have it either, but Nokia 6 (aOS9 as well as aOS8) has it.
