Version 1.56.2 is released!

• New optional on-screen icons (in Settings/On screen GUI/ ) for locking orientation to portrait/landscape, and for turning preview shots on and off.
• New option Settings/More camera controls/Bluetooth LE remote control/"Remote control action during video recording" to choose between stopping or pausing video (thanks to 0nefinity).
• New debug option Settings/More camera controls/Gallery. Try this if your preferred gallery app is not shown when clicking on the photo/video thumbnail.
• Avoid backlog of captures when long pressing for continuous burst (for Camera2 API).
• Don't trigger haptic feedback when recording video; no longer make the zoom seekbar "sticky" for 1x and powers of 2 when recording video for Camera2 API.
• Grids now rotate when auto-level is enabled.
• For "Repeat mode interval", time now measured between when each photo was started, rather than measuring time from when the last photo was completed.
• Exif tags now supported for WebP and PNG image formats.
• Panorama photos now store XMP metadata to mark these as panorama images (JPEG formats only).
• Photos no longer save on UI thread when using "Pause after taking photo" option.
• Bluetooth remote control now requires Android 12+ (due to upcoming increasingly strict rules on location permission).
• Now requires Android 6+, Android 5 no longer supported.
• Various other improvements, including fixes for crashes and ANRs.
