That looks like a bug in mono itself, OCM doesn't use moonlight.
OCM 2.0 (currently in early development) is Java based instead of Mono based which should helpfully prevent all these mono bugs between various distros. In the meantime I'd suggest raising an issue to the Suse mono maintainers. N.B. on Ubuntu 11.10, adding "--runtime=4.0" to the ocm-gtk script fixed a number of problems (see the forum posts here http://ocm.dafb-o.de/index.php/topic,108.0.html) it might help on suse as well.
