First, don't use v0.2. That version is based on v0.1 which was really just a hack. The fact that you got the "not detected in 20 frames" error is not because your signal isn't strong enough, it's just that it isn't as strong as the hard-coded constants I have in there require. (kal-v0.4 and above fixes that.) Second, Alexander is correct, you should really just update to GNU Radio 3.3.0. The damn thing is a moving target, but it is well worth it to keep current. Kal-v0.4 and above depends on functionality in 3.3.0, so you really need that to make it work.
