[Openbts-discuss] my phone connects to OpenBTS but cannot GPRS

Hello fellows

I successfully followed this guide:

to install OpenBTS on an Ubuntu 16.04 Virtualbox Machine.

Then, to configure GPRS I followed the steps in:

But I didn't have success. I can see the G on the left upside corner of my
screen cell (symbol that indicates that is connected to a GPRS network) but
I can't surf on google, therefore I conclude that there is a problem with
the GPRS on OpenBTS.

I think it is important to mention that

I enabled it the GPRS.enable parameter

I did the iptable-restore thing.

I also set up an APN on my cellphone following some recommendation I found
before sending this mail

But after all these I couldnt use GPRS

Were you able to implement GPRS service with OpenBTS on a virtual machine?
what should I check concerning to networking troubleshooting on virtual
machines so I make sure that my routing is ok.
