In your error message it says clipping. Clipping tells you that there is too much power going out from your USRP. Turn down the RX gain to maybe under 10 and try to find your middle. Just play around with the values and the distance between handset and he USRP, until there is no clipping anymore. Then when you find your right sets and distance the phones will be able to connect and will also stay connected.

but in OsmoTRX terminal i am getting

My mobile is showing network 'Test PLMN 1-1' .I have two SIM cards with MCC-001 and MNC-01. I am using Sony Xperia M mobile phone. My laptop is HP PC with intel core i5.

I am really not getting what is the problem,whether B200 is not compatible with OpenBTS? I read about external 10 MHz reference,is it necessity? if yes then i am not getting how to connect external reference with it? 
Is any Daughter Board  required to connect with B200? 
Which USRP is better for Openbts N200 or B200?

Please help me regarding the same.
