[Openbts-discuss] Handover in OpenBTS

Hi guys,

I want to try and perform handover from a phone which is registered to a
"legit" network to my BTS network.
Is it possible to make that forced handover in OpenBTS software?
if it is, could you help me get it started?
found a lot of material online, mostly theoretical. couldn't really do
anything myself..

Have to point out that this is just for research purposes for my university,
nothing illegal...
