German, The B200 is a solid low cost way to run GSM. It also runs UMTS with OpenBTS and there are 3 LTE packages which run on it. It has the advantage of being able to select arbitrary sample rates, so it can work efficiently with GSM, UMTS, and LTE without hardware changes, resamplers, etc. The frequency accuracy is fine for all 3, and we have many many basestations out there running without a GPSDO. You can also add a GPSDO if you like, and still be at only $1300. Plus, it is a real GPSDO with proper holdover specs and the like.
