[Openbts-discuss] Disabling Open Registration

Hi,
Can someone explain us how to actually disable OpenRegisteration?
By doing unconfig Control.LUR.OpenRegistration, the parameter is shown as disabled, users show up in TMSI table with AUTH field=0 , but still they can receive sms sent by sendsms command from OpenBTS to their IMSI and can call other asterisk users.
Is there any other parameter needed to be changed?
