I was able to run openbts-umts on a b200 using the RangeNetworks github repo, using ubuntu 14.04 (on this distro's version you can apt-get install asn1c) Not sure if Tom's repo includes the NodeManager, you might have to download it separately and I am unsure how and where to get it.
