[Openbts-discuss] GPRS adjust and optimize

Hello！

I used OpenBTS 5.0 in Ubuntu 14.04,I found that GPRS.Channels.Min.C0 only
can be changed to 3,other number such as 4-7,the mobile phone can’t use
GPRS,and GPRS.Codecs also can’t changed to other.

And when I use iPhone 6,it can be used gprs a little time ,and it will lost
the linking.
