Multi-ARFCN was implemented for UHD devices - multiple implementations
actually - but never merged into mainline OsmoTRX or OpenBTS. The main
reason was that most of the interest in increased channel capacity
shifted toward dual-channel devices.

The multi-ARFCN code needs to be brought up to speed with more recent
updates. That work is planned, but probably won't be ready for testing
for a number of months.
