Hello all: I've been a long-time user of openBTS and got very familiar with v2.8. I'm trying to follow the build instructions for OpenBTS-UMTS from: http://openbts.org/w/index.php/OpenBTS-UMTS I'm building on a clean VM with Ubuntu 14.04LTS. I'm down to the part on the instructions where it says to copy sipauthserve's comp128 into the OpenBTS-UMTS directory, but i'm not sure exactly where to get sipauthserve as its not included in the UMTS build (that i can find). I know its listed as a prerequisite at the beginning of the page, but the link just takes you to the OpenBTS install page and doesn't clearly explain how you're supposed to go about getting the sipauthserve code on your machine. Do i just clone into the OpenBTS repository and only make/compile sipauthserve? Does UMTS depend on OpenBTS already being installed? Needless to say, this build guide is in need of some edits , which i will happily help with once i actually get a working build. Can somebody help me out? thanks, -ben |
