Hi,

You can use nmcli (in openbts/NodeManager) to register your sim using the
imsi

./nmcli.py sipauthserve subscribers create "nameofthephone" IMSItheimsi Ki

IMSItheimsi example : IMSI33009000005001

Ki is optional.

Then disable OpenRegistration.

Only this registered imsi should be able to register to your network.
