I can’t recommend any specific type – when I need an amplifier I build one :) MMICs are widely available, and they usually come with application examples in the datasheet, or even a complete evaluation unit can be bought that does the job “plug’n’play”. 

 

Regarding the duplexer, there should show up some on ebay sooner or later. The frequency ranges must fit, and you need some RF knowledge to judge from the specs if they suit your needs. 

 

I just can repeat, without any duplexer a plain B210 gives me a range of up to 150-200 meters, when I put the unit directly behind the window. The RAD1/SDR1 even a bit more. What range do you need, in what kind of area, in-house or outdoor?

what is the type of duplexer and amplifier i can use.

my problem is coverage is limited to around 60 feet and call quality is well for 30 feet.

my task is increase the coverage area and call quality
