Tom,

A reduction in span wont help because if you look, I have added a channel marker at 1.25mhz.... The signal is indeed that wide.

I have macro signals on the SA that look like a UMTS signal should but something is wrong with this signal.

Try reducing the span and resolution bandwidth on the spectrum analyzer.

You should see something like the following, which is the measured
spectrum with the same N200/SBX setup.
