Well, usually this is illegal and may also influence other users on the
network, so tis for sure is considered bad practice. When you use the same
MCC and MNC like your regular provider, you must put your cell on an ARFCN
that shows up in the neighbor list of your regular BTS but is unused in the
place of your private BTS. Then phones will register on your cell as long as
it is stronger than the regular cell.

Why should the phone change from its home network to another network with
different MCC/MNC? It has no reason to do so, without manually changing
networks this never will happen.

How to keep the cell phone automatically switch to the base station network?
The situation now is mobile phone arrived at base station network range also
need artificial selection base station can be connected to the base station
network.
I want my phone to my range of base station network, the phone automatically
connected to the base station network, what should I do?
Need to increase my base station network signal strength?
