[Openbts-discuss] Single IMSI Registration - Open Registration

Hi,
Can someone please guide us about the issue stated below;
We want to register one specific IMSI to our network and reject all others under the same MCC and MNC using Open registration.We have set  the parameter of Control.LUR.OpenRegistration equal to
 the target IMSI, but still other IMSIs of the same network register 
automatically. We have tried registering a single IMSI by 
changing the values of parameters Control.LUR.OpenRegistration and 
Control.LUR.OpenRegistration.Reject in many different ways but unexpected and random patterns of
 registration are seen.  As per the documentation of OpenBTS, it matches the string of Control.LUR.OpenRegistration parameter and registers only this particular MS. But somehow this is not working as it should(as per the documentation).
Please note that we are using OpenBTS v 2.8.
