Hi All,

This patchset corrects certain stability issues on the UMTS TransceiverUHD
and other miscellaneous items. Receive overpower indication similar to that
in the GSM Transceiver52M is added. Initial data tests (pings, web browsing,
etc.) are completing consistently with Huawei (Qualcomm-MDM9200) USB dongle.
