Add "olbarsize" setting; identical to lbarsize but works for opponent's lifebar. Added 4 new parameters to all "bar" settings to allow layer adjustment of border, shadow, graph, and backfill of statusbar respectively.

Corrected variable bug that caused mpbar to use same settings as lifebar.

Replaced drawlifebar and drawmp bar functions with statusgraph function.
Updated lbarsize and mpbarsize with new parameters.

Added statustext function, added lbartext and mptext arrays. Function is usable, but not yet compatible with multiple players.

forwardjump runjump jumpdelay jumpland

new command landframe, if the entity falls to the ground, this frame will be set.
new command dropframe, if the entity's tossv < 0, this frame will be set.
