Allow writing script in entity's .txt.

Compiling Windows version without Makefile (Using Dev-C++) will generate DevBuilds instead.

XBoX is no longer has a hardcoded path and soundmix.c now uses tracemalloc. Makefile now controls version number for releases. Overall a system cleanup for all consoles!
