openbor Tools

Complete rewrite of the Scale2x (AdvanceMAME2x) filter. The old version was
based on an implementation licensed under the GPL, which is incompatible with
our license. Like the version it replaces, this rewrite has a fast MMX path
for x86 machines and a C path for everything else.

There's still a ton of GPL-encumbered code in the other scaling filters, but
this is at least a start.

Fix: shadowalpha 6 now works properly with corresponding map (inverted reflection, for example).
Minor: define savedata, savelevel and savescore in openbor.c instead of openbor.h; SDL port now uses pak name as window caption.

Incomplete change in entity defense property script access. Now fixed.

Fixed gif player on psp (removed platform specific and legacy code). Need more feedbacks.

Force memory clean up after reallocating a freespecial/cancel.

Replace all Dingux related code by OpenDingux

Fix a crash issue in 3710.

Clearning up some code.
Changes: changeplayerproperty no longer returns value. The old function doesn't return properly on every property, so just remove it for the feature is a bit useless and doesn't show the exact problem. Should print proper error messages when necessary.
Fix: defense/offense related properties now store values in entity instead of its model.

Minor change: Add ticks to openborvariant, for debug purpose. Returns system ticks in milliseconds.

Fix a bug that script save can't be loaded.
