Minor change: Add ticks to openborvariant, for debug purpose. Returns system ticks in milliseconds.

Fix a bug that script save can't be loaded.

Fix: background can now be disabled using changelayerproperty.

Use default sound volume for script function playsample. All other 5 parameters are optional, except the sample index.
