PSP now properly supports Stereo. I think I'm done now!!! Since ADPCM library is the same with Wav2BoR, OpenBOR and BoR Audio applications.

Stereo now supported and we will on the fly manipulate mono and stereo files on the go. Hence, we don't need an option to toggle stereo/mono. Its automatically handled.
