Add new script function: setmusictempo(int) makes the music play at int% speed; setmusictempo(120) would make the music play at 120% speed. Also added support for music looping offset to psp and dc. |

New feature for music commands: music {data/music/path/file.bor} {offset} offset is in bytes and if the music loops, it will loop to that position in the file, defaults to 0. TODO: look at Dreamcast music code and make any necessary changes to it. |
