Treat some default properties in set_model_ex, if the new model has some un-initialized values, just copy them form old entity data.
There's not a more efficient way to check all properties by now.

Adjust risetime when model is changed.

Default risetime for players, if it is not set by the modder. This will keep old mod like before.
Also aggression is default to 0 now.
