ok... sdl code for gp2x and win/linux are now identical for the most part.... hopefully gp2x will not have any issues.....lol |

Support level palette in 24bit mode, in different way though, have to give panel, texture and background same palette if you want to use this feature. |

Remove hard coded check so remap and blend can work and the same time in 24bit mode. |
