#32 Help files for users

As we move closer to a user-ready version of the project I've been thinking about adding some user-documentation to explain how to use the software.

Starting now, the core features can be documented with new topics added as these features are finalised or polished. This will make it a lot easier to get this release-ready.

The first step is identifying the best way of presenting this help; pdf, html... other?
