[Open Babel] XML to CIF conversion

Hello All,

My name is Shaul Avraham, i have a encountered a problem in regard to
conversion of XML files.

The ICDD PDF-4 database can output crystallographic information in the form
of XML file.
I would like to convert it to CIF format for representation and analysis
purposes.

i have tried OPENBABEL for the conversion task but i did not managed to do
it.

It would be useful to promote this issue
