[Open Babel] Conversion bug g03 (gaussian.out) to *.mol or *.mol2

Conversion of Gaussian03 file  g03.out  are not correctly converted to *.mol
or *.mol2.
In my specific case, the double bond in one of the molecule's carbon ring
disappears and hydrogens are missing.
