No offense, but that's a pretty broad statement, considering Open Eye's "babel" only has a few formats, compared to, say 80+ for Open Babel. Each package also has a range of functionality not included in the other. But I'll bite. What do you think is "more reliable" about Open Eye? Particularly, it's "Babel" implementation.
