The output message could indicate the severity of any messages: 3 molecules converted (Maximum errorlevel 3)
On the GUI the colour of the message box could change.

Fixed. Methods now exist to return the number of errors, warnings, etc.
The new methods make it easy to alter the text or formatting of the messages, so any concerns about the new output can be easily revised.
