#58 Builder tool: OBAtom::InvertChirality

Sometimes, it's very useful to be able to invert the chirality around a
chiral center. So a "builder tool" method to invert the chirality around
a given atom would allow this.

Obviously, if an atom is not chiral, the method would just exit early.
