During the last weeks we have mainly held our communications privately (eMail), however meanwhile it turned out that it would possibly be somewhat more convenient to use some sort of forum or mailing list, so we are now in the process of trying to entirely switch to a newly created mailing list:

OpenATC developers plan to do a first very basic field test using the Torque Network Library, if you want to participate, please check: http://openatc.sourceforge.net/test/

We are looking for people who would be willing to provide some feedback concerning our design ideas for a protocol - simply because we are not yet that experienced with protocol design and would like to avoid making obvious mistakes.

Basically, you should have some TCP/UDP experience and preferably know about the security issues - respectively (dis-)advantages of either protocol in general.
