This isn't exactly an Open64 question. However, perhaps someone can help me. I am trying to get performance numbers for my Open64 compiler optimization. I planned to use SoftDSV (gambit), but it isn't running properly. Intel doesn't support it anymore. So is there anyone who has used it and would know why this happens: gambit a.out Intel (R) Simulator / IA-64 SDK beta version 1.7U build # 000403 Copyright (c) 1985-1999 Intel Corporation. All rights reserved. Intel Confidential. GamBit: error: break instruction: the break operand is not legal Alternatively, could anyone suggest an alternative way to get performance numbers?
