the certificate list presented in the Connection Wizard only shows the "Friendly Name", which for many certificates is insufficient. I.e. it's impossible to
determine which is our root CA, "Secure Server Certificate Authority", since it's lost as 1 of 20 certificates simply named "VeriSign".

Changed to list "issued to" field rather than friendly name. Additionally show extra information in tip strip for each entry in the table.
