#10 hello world.pl can't find carp

I loaded the hello world.pl program into the ide and get
an error about not finding carp. I must have something
wrong in my directory structure. Carp is in

c:\Perl\lib\Carp

It looks like the ide found the perl exe; do I need to
configure where the modules are found?
