Why not integrate as the Web Server, a DHCP Server
thats lacks on windows boxes.

Like the Server is OS independant the DHCP server
would make the job too.
Just a basic DHCP server if possible.
No need to have switch and so on.

There is no need for these feature. The new 2.7.1 firmware
allows to configure a static IP.
